- A brief description of the issue
- A few clear photos showing the problem
That helps us understand what went wrong, improve future runs, and get you taken care of faster.
This warranty covers normal use and accidents for the life of the tool. It doesn’t cover abuse, intentional damage, or modifications. If you’re unsure, reach out anyway. We’d rather look at it than leave you guessing.
