Instructions for Using the Template
- Align & Secure: Apply double-sided tape to the bottom of the template and align its centerlines with drawn centerlines on the guitar body.
- Create a Starting Pocket: Remove the bulk of the material with a drill press or create a pilot hole large enough for the template routing bit to fit.
- Make Shallow Passes: Lower the template routing bit into the pilot hole, making passes at incremental depths until reaching the desired depth.
